1. The service

Glimpse Genius is a curated marketplace that introduces clients to vetted lifestyle and executive coaches. We facilitate introductions, host conversations, and record agreed sessions. Coaching itself is provided by independent coaches, not by Glimpse Genius.

2. Introductions and conversations

Introductions are proposed by our concierge team and become active only when both parties agree. Conversations are hosted on the platform; contact details are withheld until a coaching relationship has been validated. You agree not to use the platform to move a relationship off-platform in order to avoid our service fee.

3. Sessions and fees

Sessions agreed through the platform record a price, of which Glimpse Genius retains a service fee (currently 15%). Until online payment is available, settlement is arranged directly and the recorded terms govern. Complimentary sessions carry no fee.

4. Coach obligations

Coaches warrant that the information in their application and profile is accurate, that they hold any qualifications claimed, and that they will respond to proposed introductions within seven days.

5. Acceptable use

• No misrepresentation of identity or qualifications.
• No harassment, discrimination, or abusive content in messages.
• No automated scraping or bulk enquiry submission.

6. Termination

Either party may close a conversation at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account and personal data at any time from your portal.

7. Liability

Glimpse Genius provides introductions on an “as is” basis and is not responsible for the outcomes of coaching engagements. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
